1:1 Health Coaching

Excited to offer my 1:1 health coaching to those who are ready to take the next step to level up their nutrition and lifestyle. Change is not easy and it takes time to undo years of bad habits and poor choices. My 1:1 nutrition and fitness coaching is a high touch program with lots of communication and support, designed to deliver sustainable and long lasting results. 


What are you going to get

  • weekly check-ins with recommendations and monthly live call
  • macro nutrition calculations specific to your goals
  • training program, designed to you and your specific goals and needs
  • unlimited access to me via email and text
  • start up packets, complete with detailed guide and recommendations 
  • accountability so it is easier to adhere to your recommendations
  • meal ideas and grocery lists


Price: $250 a month - nutrition only

$300 a month - nutrition+fitness

To ensure the best results my  personalized programs require three months commitment, with the option to continue on a month to month basis.

  • you can pay first three months in one payment  or in monthly installments 


How do you conduct check-ins or sessions?

  • all sessions are through phone or zoom calls whichever you prefer
  • the exception is the initial health assessment for personal training if found applicable
